All the greats of this world have lived there: from Ignacy Jan Paderewski and Nina Andrycz to Pablo Picasso, who reportedly left his signature on one of the plates in the café while enjoying the hotel's cuisine. The recipes for the desserts served at Café Bristol have remained unchanged for years, including raspberry cream, buttery florentines served with coffee, doughnuts, and fluffy cheesecakes. The preservation of tradition and passion is under the care of the pastry chef, Grzegorz Walicki. The decor of the place is reminiscent of Viennese style and everything best in Art Nouveau.
