Created in celebration of the 125th anniversary of Hotel Bristol, Warsaw, the Wagner Dessert draws inspiration from the delicate Art Nouveau dandelion motifs designed by Otto Wagner Jr. in 1901.
These graceful forms, still adorning the ceiling of the hotel's iconic lobby, have become one of the most recognizable symbols of the building's artistic heritage.
Light, refined and thoughtfully composed, the dessert reflects both the elegance of Art Nouveau and the culinary craft of our pastry team. It is a sweet homage to the art, history and cultural legacy that have shaped Hotel Bristol for over a century.
