The appearance of the dessert refers to the Art Nouveau style of the building and the period in which the hotel was created. The opening of the hotel at the beginning of the 20th century coincided with the fashion for an extremely exuberant style of decorating sweet delicacies.
The new dessert was created thanks to cooperation with our Pastry Chef Grzegorz Walicki, who has been working in hotel's patisserie for over 30 years now. Thanks to his knowledge of our regular guests' preferences and the sweet history of this legendary cafe, he interpreted Basia Starecka's idea and inspirations in a masterful style, creating this little sweet masterpiece.
